These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are an agreement between you and Keyworld Software Solutions Private Limited, incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, having registered office at #845, Sanjivani Nagar, Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra 422103 ("Keyworld Software Solutions Private Limited") concerning the terms under which Keyworld Software Solutions Private Limited offers you the information, software, products, and services contained in or available through Kwsoftsolutions.com (collectively the "Service").
Kwsoftsolutions.com is made up of various web pages operated by Keyworld Software Solutions Private Limited. Its services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this electronic document. Keyworld Software Solutions Private Limited will not delete customer information for paying members. However, Keyworld Software Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time. Information about your computer hardware and software may also be automatically collected. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.

We are committed to delivering services as per the Fee Quote shared with you on a case-to-case basis. We are continuously improving the service delivery system from time to time. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective actions or issue a refund as applicable.
09 — Refund
Refund Policy
The fee that you pay to Keyworld will be retained by Keyworld and we will earn the fees upon completing the assignments stage by stage. The fee we earn for delivery of services may vary depending on the time and efforts deployed by the team for client counselling, documentation, processing of external services, registration at regulatory portals, and liaison with regulatory offices.
Keyworld reserves the right to decide the earned fee for a specific service process. The earned fee will not be refunded as Keyworld will have spent man hours and efforts to process the services. Fees paid to government authorities such as taxes, filing fee, and professional fee paid to third party service providers will not be eligible for refund.
In case of orders for Company Registration / LLP Registration / OPC Registration where Keyworld have processed the documentation and filed the name application, the Earned Fee will be calculated at 75% of order value whether or not the name is approved by the office of Registrar of Companies.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund
In case you want to cancel the order or request a refund, contact your relationship manager or send an email to support@kwsoftsolutions.com with the reason for refund. Cash refund will be processed only for refund requests submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. Refund requests submitted after 48 hours shall not be eligible for cash refund. Cancellation of order or refund request must be placed within 60 days of placing the order.
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value subject to a minimum of ₹2,000/- will be charged for every refund request. We incur time and cost from the stage of customer enquiry through the entire service delivery process.
Calculation of Refund Amount
a. Cash Refund (request within 48 hours of placing the order):
Eligible Refund = Order Value (excl. GST) – (Cancellation Fee + Keyworld Earned Fee + Government Fee / External Fee Paid)
b. Credit Refund (request after 48 hours of placing the order):
Eligible Refund = Order Value (excl. GST) – (Keyworld Earned Fee + Government Fee / External Fee Paid)
Credit balance in your customer account can only be used for availing any services from Keyworld within 365 days of credit and the unutilised balance will be retained by Keyworld.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims arising in connection with service engagements with Keyworld shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matters.
